Toffee Caramel Cold Foam

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) of heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of 2% milk

  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) of granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) of toffee syrup

  • 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) of caramel syrup

Instructions:

  1. Combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, granulated sugar, toffee syrup, and caramel syrup in a mixing bowl.

  2. Use the Milk Frother to whip the mixture until it forms a thick, frothy foam. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Remember, this cold foam is best used immediately as it doesn't store well and can lose its frothy texture over time.
