Iced Caramel Macchiato w/Vanilla Cold Foam
Ingredients
1-3 oz. Espresso
1 cup 2% or Whole Milk (240mL)
1 oz. Vanilla Syrup
¾ cup Ice Cubes
Caramel Sauce
4-6 oz Cold Foam
Tools/Glassware:
Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine
Espresso Measuring Glass
Milk Pitcher
Tall Glass
For the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (4 oz) of heavy cream
2 tablespoons (1 oz) of 2% milk
2 tablespoons (1 oz) of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) of vanilla syrup
Instructions:
Prepare desired espresso with the Moka Pot/Espresso Machine
Line the sides of a Tall Glass with caramel sauce
Using the Measuring Glass, measure and pour Vanilla Syrup into the Tall Glass
Add Ice Cubes
Using the Milk Pitcher, measure and pour the milk to the Tall Glass. Leave 3 inches below the rim for espresso and cold foam
Using the Measuring Glass, measure and pour the espresso into the Tall Glass
Add cold foam to the Tall Glass
Drizzle with caramel sauce
