Mocha Frappe
Ingredients:
1-3 oz. Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee/cold brew)
1/2 cup Whole Milk (120mL)
1.5 cups (350mL) Ice Cubes
1 oz. Chocolate Sauce
1.5 oz. Cane Sugar
0.5 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (optional for thickness)
Whipped Cream

Tools/Glassware:
Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine (or coffee maker)
Espresso Measuring Glass
Blender
Milk Pitcher
Tall Glass

Instructions:
Prepare desired Espresso/coffee - Set aside.
Line the sides of a Tall Glass with Chocolate Sauce.
Add the following into the Blender: Espresso/coffee, 1/2 cup Milk, 1 ½ cups Ice Cubes, 1.5 oz. Cane Sugar, 1 oz. Chocolate Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum.
Blend the ingredients on LOW power for 5 seconds, then on HIGH for 10 seconds.
Fill the Tall Glass with the Frappe, leaving an inch of space below the rim.
Top your Frappe with Whipped Cream.
Finish it off with a drizzle of Chocolate Sauce.
