Cappuccino
Ingredients:
1-3 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)
1 cup Whole Milk (240mL)
Cocoa Powder (optional)
Tools/Glassware:
Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine
Milk Frother (Get one HERE)
Espresso Measuring Glass
Milk Pitcher
Coffee Mug
Instructions:
Prepare desired Espresso/coffee - Set aside..
Pour desired amount of Espresso into the Measuring Glass.
Pour Espresso into the Coffee Mug.
Pour 1 cup of Whole Milk into the Milk Pitcher.
Microwave Whole Milk for 1 minute, 15 seconds (120-140°F).
Froth the Whole Milk (half foam, half hot milk).
Tap the Milk Pitcher on a soft cloth to remove large bubbles, and swirl the foam.
Slowly pour the Milk into the Coffee Mug.
Add two pinches of Cocoa Powder for a little extra flavor.
