Cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)

  • 1 cup Whole Milk (240mL)

  • Cocoa Powder (optional)

Tools/Glassware:

  • Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine

  • Milk Frother (Get one HERE)

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

  • Milk Pitcher

  • Coffee Mug

Instructions:

  1. Prepare desired Espresso/coffee - Set aside..

  2. Pour desired amount of Espresso into the Measuring Glass.

  3. Pour Espresso into the Coffee Mug.

  4. Pour 1 cup of Whole Milk into the Milk Pitcher.

  5. Microwave Whole Milk for 1 minute, 15 seconds (120-140°F).

  6. Froth the Whole Milk (half foam, half hot milk).

  7. Tap the Milk Pitcher on a soft cloth to remove large bubbles, and swirl the foam.

  8. Slowly pour the Milk into the Coffee Mug.

  9. Add two pinches of Cocoa Powder for a little extra flavor.

  10. Enjoy!
