Cafe Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)

  • 1 cup Milk of Your Choice (240mL)

  • 1.5 oz. Dark Chocolate Sauce

  • Whipped Cream

  • Chocolate Bar (optional)

Tools/Glassware:

  • Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine

  • Milk Frother

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

  • Milk Pitcher

  • Coffee Mug

  • Vegetable Peeler (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare desired Espresso/coffee

  2. Measure and pour Espresso into the Coffee Mug.

  3. Measure and pour the Dark Chocolate Sauce into the Coffee Mug.

  4. Use the milk frother to blend the flavors.

  5. Pour 1 cup of Milk into the Milk Pitcher.

  6. Microwave Milk for 1 minute, 15 seconds (120-140°F).

  7. Froth the Milk (some foam, mostly steamed milk) and slowly pour into the Coffee Mug.

  8. Add Whipped Cream all over the top.

  9. Use Vegetable Peeler to shave the Chocolate Bar over Whipped Cream.

  10. Enjoy!

Tip: for a faster result, make the espresso, then heat the milk. While the milk is heating up, do steps 2, 3 and 4.
