Iced Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee/cold brew)

  • 1 cup 2% or Whole Milk (240mL)

  • 1 oz. Vanilla Syrup

  • 1.5 cups Ice Cubes

  • Caramel Sauce

Tools/Glassware:

  • Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

  • Tall Glass

Instructions:

  1. Prepare desired Espresso/coffee with the Moka Pot/Espresso Machine.

  2. Line the sides of a Tall Glass with caramel sauce.

  3. Measure and pour Vanilla Syrup into the Tall Glass.

  4. Add Ice Cubes.

  5. Add milk to the Tall Glass, leaving ½ an inch below the rim for espresso.

  6. Measure and pour desired Espresso/coffee into the Tall Glass.

  7. Top with caramel sauce.

  8. Enjoy!
