Iced Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)

  • 1 cup 2% or Whole Milk (240mL)

  • 1 oz. Vanilla Syrup

  • Ice Cubes

Tools/Glassware:

  • Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

  • Tall Glass

  • Sealed Jar or Cocktail Shaker (or use a spoon if not available)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare 2 oz. of Espresso/coffee and set aside.

  2. Measure and pour 1 cup of Milk into the Sealed Jar or Cocktail Shaker.

  3. Measure and pour 1 oz. of Vanilla Syrup into the same Jar/Shaker.

  4. Fill the Tall Glass with Ice Cubes until it's about ¾ full.

  5. Measure and pour the prepared Espresso/coffee into the Tall Glass over the ice.

  6. If using a Sealed Jar or Cocktail Shaker, seal it and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to mix well. If not available, simply stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon.

  7. Pour the milk and syrup mixture into the Tall Glass over the espresso.

  8. Enjoy your refreshing Vanilla Iced Latte!
