Iced Latte
Ingredients:
2 oz. Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee/cold brew)
1 cup 2% or Whole Milk (240mL)
1 oz. Vanilla Syrup
Ice Cubes

Tools/Glassware:
Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine
Espresso Measuring Glass
Tall Glass
Sealed Jar or Cocktail Shaker (or use a spoon if not available)

Instructions:
Prepare 2 oz. of Espresso/coffee and set aside.
Measure and pour 1 cup of Milk into the Sealed Jar or Cocktail Shaker.
Measure and pour 1 oz. of Vanilla Syrup into the same Jar/Shaker.
Fill the Tall Glass with Ice Cubes until it's about ¾ full.
Measure and pour the prepared Espresso/coffee into the Tall Glass over the ice.
If using a Sealed Jar or Cocktail Shaker, seal it and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to mix well. If not available, simply stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon.
Pour the milk and syrup mixture into the Tall Glass over the espresso.
