Flat White

Ingredients:

3 oz. Espresso 

1 and 1/4 cup Whole Milk (240mL)

Tools/Glassware:

Moka Pot/Espresso Machine

Espresso Measuring Glass

Milk Pitcher

Coffee Mug

Instructions:

Prepare desired espresso with the Moka Pot/Espresso Machine

With the Espresso Measuring Glass, measure and pour the espresso into the Coffee Mug

Using the Milk Pitcher, measure the milk and heat it up in the microwave

Using the Milk Frother, slightly froth the milk. There should be some foam on top

Pour the milk from the Milk Pitcher into the Coffee Mug
