Espresso Con Panna

Ingredients:

3 oz. Espresso 

½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 oz Granulated Cane Sugar


Tools/Glassware:

Moka Pot/Espresso Machine

Espresso Measuring Glass

Milk Frother

Milk Pitcher

Espresso Cup or small coffee mug


Instructions:

Prepare Espresso with the Moka Pot or Espresso Machine

With the Espresso Measuring Glass, measure and pour the espresso into the Espresso Cup 

Pour the Heavy Whipping Cream into the Milk Pitcher

With your Espresso Measuring Glass, measure and pour the sugar in the Milk Pitcher

With your Milk Frother, whisk the milk and sugar for about 60 seconds (you can do this while brewing your espresso to save time)

Add a generous portion of Whipped Cream into the Espresso Cup

Enjoy your Espresso con Panna!

Sip it slowly to savor the way the creamy sweetness of the whipped cream contrasts with the bold, rich flavor of the espresso.
