Iced Peanut Butter Mocha Latte with Chocolate Cold Foam

For the Peanut Butter Mocha Latte:

Ingredients:

2 shots of espresso (about 2 oz)

1 cup (8 oz) of milk

2 tablespoons (1 oz) of creamy peanut butter

1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) of chocolate syrup

Ice cubes

Instructions:

Brew your espresso or strong coffee.

While the espresso is still hot, add the peanut butter and chocolate syrup to it. Use a milk frother to combine these ingredients until they form a smooth mixture. Allow this mixture to cool.

Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the peanut butter-chocolate-espresso mixture over the ice.

Pour the milk into the glass.

For the Chocolate Cold Foam:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 oz) of heavy cream

2 tablespoons (1 oz) of 2% milk

2 tablespoons (1 oz) of granulated sugar

1 oz of chocolate syrup

Instructions:

Combine the heavy cream, 2% milk, granulated sugar, and chocolate syrup in a mixing bowl.

Use a frother (handheld or an electric milk frother) to whip the mixture until it forms a thick, frothy foam. This should take about 1-2 minutes with an electric frother, or a bit longer if you're doing it by hand.

To serve, spoon the Chocolate Cold Foam over your Peanut Butter Mocha Latte. Enjoy this sweet and savory delight!
