“The Leanna” White Mocha Raspberry
Ingredients:
For the Drink:
1-2 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso
1/2 cup Cold Whole Milk
2 oz. White Mocha Sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Ice Cubes
For the Raspberry Cold Foam:
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 oz. Granulated Sugar
1 oz. Raspberry Syrup

Tools/Glassware:
Espresso Machine or Coffee Maker
Espresso Measuring Glass
Milk Frother
Milk Pitcher
Tall Glass

Instructions:
For the Drink:
Prepare your desired amount of espresso and let it cool slightly.
In the Tall Glass, measure and pour 1.5 oz. of White Mocha Sauce.
Add the cooled espresso to the glass and stir well to combine.
In the Milk Pitcher, measure 1 cup of cold whole milk and pour it into the Tall Glass, leaving about 1 inch of space from the rim for the cold foam.
Stir the mixture thoroughly to blend the white mocha sauce, espresso, and milk.
Fill the Tall Glass with ice cubes.
For the Raspberry Cold Foam:
In the Milk Pitcher, combine 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1 oz. granulated sugar, and 1 oz. raspberry syrup.
Use the Milk Frother to whip the mixture in the Milk Pitcher for about 2 minutes until it forms a thick, frothy foam.
Pour the raspberry cold foam from the Milk Pitcher over the drink, filling the remaining space at the top of the glass.
Finishing Touch:
Drizzle extra White Mocha Sauce over the top of the raspberry cold foam for a sweet finish.
