3 oz. Espresso
2 oz. Granulated Sugar

Instructions:
Prepare desired Espresso with the Moka Pot/Espresso Machine.
While the coffee is heating, measure and pour 2 oz of Sugar into the Milk Pitcher.
Wait for the first bit of coffee to percolate out, then take a tsp of Espresso and pour it into your sugar.
Using the back of the same teaspoon, grind the coffee and sugar against the wall of the Milk Pitcher for 60 seconds until consistent and paste-like.
Once all the Espresso is brewed, remove your Moka Pot from the burner.
Measure and pour 3 oz of Espresso into the Milk Pitcher with your sugar paste.
Serve into your Espresso Cup, ensuring a fine layer of foam.
