Iced Vanilla Coconut Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. Espresso

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (240mL)

  • 2 oz. Vanilla Syrup

  • 1.5 cup Ice Cubes (350mL)

Tools/Glassware:

  • Moka Pot/Espresso Machine

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

  • Milk Pitcher

  • Tall Glass

Instructions:

  1. Prepare desired espresso.

  2. Use the Milk Pitcher to measure the ice cubes and add them to the Tall Glass.

  3. With the Espresso Measuring Glass, measure and pour Vanilla Syrup into the Tall Glass.

  4. Use the Milk Pitcher to measure the Coconut Milk.

  5. Add the Coconut Milk to the Tall Glass. Leave ½ an inch below the rim for espresso.

  6. Stir the vanilla syrup and coconut milk together with a spoon to ensure even mixing.

  7. With the Espresso Measuring Glass, measure and pour the desired espresso into the Tall Glass.

  8. Enjoy!
