Iced White Mocha
Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso (approximately 2 oz)
1 cup (240mL) of cold milk (your choice – whole milk, almond, oat, etc.)
1.5 oz of Torani White Chocolate Sauce
1 oz of Torani White Chocolate Syrup
Ice cubes
Dark chocolate sauce for lining the glass (optional)
Whipped cream for topping
Chocolate shavings for garnish

Tools/Glassware:
Espresso Machine or Coffee Maker
Espresso Measuring Glass

Tall Glass or Tumbler

Instructions:
Prepare 2 shots of espresso using your Espresso Machine or Coffee Maker. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
If opting for the dark chocolate lining, drizzle dark chocolate sauce on the inside of your tall glass or tumbler, ensuring it drips down the sides.
Measure and pour the Torani White Chocolate Sauce and Torani White Chocolate Syrup into the Tall Glass.
Fill the Tall Glass with ice cubes until it’s about ¾ full.
Measure and pour the cooled espresso shots over the ice and syrups in the glass.
Using the Milk Pitcher, pour the cold milk into the Tall Glass, leaving about ½ an inch below the rim for the whipped cream.
Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spoon to ensure even flavor distribution.
Top your iced mocha with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Garnish with chocolate shavings to add an elegant touch and extra chocolate flavor.
