Mocha Frappe
The Best Frozen Chocolate
Ingredients:
1-3 oz. Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee/cold brew)
1/2 cup Whole Milk (120mL)
1.5 cups (350mL) Ice Cubes
1 oz. Chocolate Sauce
1.5 oz. Cane Sugar
0.5 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (optional for thickness)

Instructions:
Prepare desired Espresso/coffee - Set aside.
Line the sides of a Tall Glass with Chocolate Sauce.
Add the following into the Blender: Espresso/coffee, 1/2 cup Milk, 1 ½ cups Ice Cubes, 1.5 oz. Cane Sugar, 1 oz. Chocolate Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum.
Blend the ingredients on LOW power for 5 seconds, then on HIGH for 10 seconds.
Fill the Tall Glass with the Frappe, leaving an inch of space below the rim.
Top your Frappe with Whipped Cream.
Finish it off with a drizzle of Chocolate Sauce.

Caramel Frappe
Easy to Make Caramel Frappe
Ingredients:
1-3 oz. espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee/cold brew)
1/2 cup (8 oz) of whole milk
1.5 cups (12 oz) of ice cubes
Caramel sauce for lining the glass, blending, and topping
1.5 oz of light brown sugar for blending and topping
1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum (optional for thicker texture)
Whipped cream for both the bottom and top of the drink

Instructions:
Prepare your desired espresso/coffee
Line the sides of a tall glass with caramel sauce.
Add a layer of whipped cream to the bottom of your tall glass.
Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce over the whipped cream in the glass.
Sprinkle 2 pinches of light brown sugar into the glass.
In the blender, combine espresso/coffee, milk, ice cubes, light brown sugar, caramel sauce, and xanthan gum.
Blend on low power for 5 seconds, then increase to high for another 10 seconds, or until smooth.
Pour the frappe mixture into the glass, leaving about an inch below the rim.
Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce drizzle, and 2 pinches of light brown sugar.

Strawberry Frappe
Non-caffeinated Strawberry Sweetness!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (8 oz) of whole milk
1.5 cups (12 oz) of ice cubes
1 oz of strawberry syrup
1.5 oz of granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum (optional for thicker texture)
Whipped cream for both the bottom and top of the drink
Red sprinkles for topping (optional)

Instructions:
Add a layer of whipped cream to the bottom of your tall glass or kids cup.
In the blender, combine milk, strawberry syrup, granulated sugar, ice cubes, and xanthan gum.
Blend on low power for about 5 seconds, then increase to high for another 10-15 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and the ice is completely crushed.
Pour the frappe mixture into the glass over the layer of whipped cream, leaving about an inch of space below the rim.
Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and finish with red sprinkles.
