Mocha Frappe

The Best Frozen Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)

  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk (120mL)

  • 1.5 cups (350mL) Ice Cubes

  • 1 oz. Chocolate Sauce

  • 1.5 oz. Cane Sugar

  • 0.5 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (optional for thickness)

  • Whipped Cream

  • Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine (or coffee maker)

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

  • Blender

  • Milk Pitcher

Instructions:

  1. Prepare desired Espresso/coffee - Set aside.

  2. Line the sides of a Tall Glass with Chocolate Sauce.

  3. Add the following into the Blender: Espresso/coffee, 1/2 cup Milk, 1 ½ cups Ice Cubes, 1.5 oz. Cane Sugar, 1 oz. Chocolate Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum.

  4. Blend the ingredients on LOW power for 5 seconds, then on HIGH for 10 seconds.

  5. Fill the Tall Glass with the Frappe, leaving an inch of space below the rim.

  6. Top your Frappe with Whipped Cream.

  7. Finish it off with a drizzle of Chocolate Sauce.

Caramel Frappe

Easy to Make Caramel Frappe

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. freshly brewed espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)

  • 1/2 cup (8 oz) of whole milk

  • 1.5 cups (12 oz) of ice cubes

  • Caramel sauce for lining the glass, blending, and topping

  • 1.5 oz of light brown sugar for blending and topping

  • 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum (optional for thicker texture)

  • Whipped cream for both the bottom and top of the drink
