That’s a Lotta Latte ;)

Ingredients:

  • 1-3 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso (or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee)

  • 1 cup Whole Milk (240mL)

  • Espresso Measuring Glass

Instructions:

  1. Prepare desired Espresso/coffee - Set aside.

  2. Measure and pour desired Espresso into the Coffee Mug.

  3. Pour 1 cup Milk into the Milk Pitcher.

  4. Microwave the Milk for 1 minute, 15 seconds (120-140°F).

  5. Froth the Whole Milk (some foam, mostly steamed milk).

  6. Tap the Milk Pitcher on a soft cloth to remove large bubbles, and swirl the foam.

  7. Slowly pour the Milk into the Coffee Mug.

The Classic Black Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Freshly Brewed Espresso

  • 1/2 cup Hot Water (120mL)

Tools/Glassware:

  • Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine

  • Milk Pitcher

  • Coffee Mug

Instructions:

  1. Prepare 2 oz. of Espresso with the Espresso Pot/Espresso Machine.

  2. Measure and pour the Espresso into the Coffee Mug.

  3. Pour 1/2 cup of Water (120mL) into the Milk Pitcher.

  4. Microwave the Water for approximately 1 minute (120-160°F).

  5. Add the Hot Water into your Coffee Mug.

  6. Be careful! Your drink may be extremely hot! Do not drink until it is safe.

  7. Add more Hot Water if your Americano is too strong.

  8. Enjoy!

The Classic Italian Breakfast

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  2. Pour desired amount of Espresso into the Measuring Glass.

  3. Pour Espresso into the Coffee Mug.

  4. Pour 1 cup of Whole Milk into the Milk Pitcher.

  5. Microwave Whole Milk for 1 minute, 15 seconds (120-140°F).

  6. Froth the Whole Milk (half foam, half hot milk).

  7. Tap the Milk Pitcher on a soft cloth to remove large bubbles, and swirl the foam.

  9. Add two pinches of Cocoa Powder for a little extra flavor.

  • 1.5 oz. Dark Chocolate Sauce

  • Whipped Cream

  • Chocolate Bar (optional)
